A Six(6) Steps Process
#1 Request a Test
Reach out to our AI medical assistant, Olivia, via WhatsApp or Telegram to request a DNA test.
#2 Provide Information
Share the necessary information asked by Olivia(AI), and then proceed to make payment for the test.
#3 Schedule Pickup
A pickup date will be scheduled for the collection of your DNA sample, and you will be updated on every stage of the process via your preferred means of communication.
#4 Receive Results
Once the test is complete, your results will be sent to you via email.
#5 Coverage Area
Our DNA testing service is available across Nigeria, with special request not entirely excluded!
#6 Service Time Frame
The time frame for receiving results may vary from 1-3 weeks, depending on the location of the pickup.
